About you

The aim is to have a white pages directory, inviting patients to create their own entry on a template, including areas they are experienced in and giving contact details. An example is given here:

Diabetes expertise	I had diabetes when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. It was a real struggle to keep my sugars controlled, but everything went well in the end. I'd be happy to talk about this to anyone who's pregnant or trying for a baby.
Interests	I have three fantastic daughters. I love visiting Italy. I'm very good at growing tomatoes, so have become very skilled at making gallons of tomato sauce! I have a recipe I can share with anyone. I also keep chickens.
