We have introduced new clinics- offering a variety of locations and appointment times. We have reduced our waits so the majority of our patients are now seen within 6 weeks of referral.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is for everyone who uses Whittington Health services. PALS is a focal point for feedback from patients which is then used to improve and develop Whittington Health services.
