Information for GPs

Rheumatology referrals are accepted via NHS e-referrals system.

 

We aim to triage the referrals within 2-3 days.

 

We do not offer a hypermobility, chronic pain/fibromyalgia service. Soft tissue MSK conditions such as trigger finger and shoulder tendinopathy are not accepted. These should be referred to MSK CATS or orthopaedics.

 

If you have a clinical query about an existing rheumatology patient please send a message via advice and guidance and this will be responded to with 2-3 days.
