Wendy King

Wendy qualified as a registered general obstetric nurse in New Zealand. She completed a paediatric certificate at Auckland Hospital and has worked in the paediatric field for the past 20 years, now specialising in the field of paediatric oncology. She has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (NZ), chemotherapy course (Sydney) and three postgraduate modules in paediatric oncology at Southbank University. She is currently completing a MSc in advanced nursing practice at City University. Prior to taking up her position at The Whittington Hospital she worked as a haematology/oncology nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
