20 Apr 2017
A time to say thank you. Our annual awards ceremony recognises the difference our staff makes to the lives of our patients.
Full story
Our staff are our lifeblood - without their compassion and dedication we simply couldn't deliver the best possible care to our patients.
Our annual awards ceremony recognises the difference our staff makes to the lives of our patients. Nominations are now open and we invite you to get involved and nominate a staff member or team who you believe should be recognised for their exceptional care and commitment.
If you have been treated by a member of our staff that you would like to say thank you to, you can nominate them for our special patient award. Nominated by our patients themselves, the patient award will be presented to the member of staff or team who you feel has made a clear difference to the care you receive. This can include improving customer service, increasing the quality of a service, changing how it is delivered or simply delivering great care.
Nominating is quick and easy. To nominate the member of staff or team you feel fits the bill, simply complete this nomination form, save and email back to the address below. You can make as many nominations as you like. The closing date for all nominations is 5.00pm Friday 26 May 2017.
Included within your nomination should be details about why the individual or team deserve to win the award, as well as details about the impact of their work and how it has improved your experience as a patient.
All nominations will then be considered by an expert panel of judges.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place from 7.00pm on Thursday 29 June 2017 at the Royal College of Surgeons, Holborn.
