How do you want to have your say?

We want to make sure that our patients are able to have their say in shaping our services for the future – whether it is about how and where we deliver care, or simply improving how patients can access the care and support they need.

Full story

We want to make sure that our patients are able to have their say in shaping our services for the future – whether it is about how and where we deliver care, or simply improving how patients can access the care and support they need.

To help us be sure that we are reaching out to as many patients as possible in ways that suit them, we have developed an action plan that outlines some of the practical steps we will take to speak to our patients directly.

Because the types of issues patients can have their say on will vary – so too will the ways we will reach out to them. With this in mind we have also developed a tool kit that explains the ways we are able to talk to our patients.

You can also read our full strategy here.

We would like you to tell us what you think of our plan and toolkit as well as sharing your thoughts on how we can best reach out to our patients and local community.

You can share your thoughts with us by email whh-tr.patientexperience@nhs.net or by calling 020 7288 3113 by Friday 4 March.
