Why Weight Programme

Manage your weight by learning about healthy eating and by getting support to become more active in our free 6 week course.
 
This course is open to anyone who lives in Islington and Haringey and is looking to work towards a healthier weight. Not only will you learn about healthy eating and exercise, you'll learn about how to self-monitor, work towards goals and meet people you are on a similar journey to you.

This is a free six week course.
 
Programme one dates:
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 12 Feb 
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 19 February
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 26 February
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 12 March
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 19 March
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 26 March

 Programme two dates:
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 9 April
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 16 April
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 23 April
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 30 April
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 14 May
  • 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday 21 May
