Patient Experience Manager
Our volunteers add so much to Whittington Health and the local community and it is a pleasure to work alongside them. It is always lovely to hear great feedback from staff and patients about the amazing work our volunteers do on a daily basis, and the Trust would not be the same without them.
Charlie is the Patient Experience Manager. He manages the voluntary service as well as patient experience feedback and improvements across the Trust.
