Our volunteers are at the centre of Whittington Health, supporting across dozens of teams and live clinical services. I feel privileged every day to work with such a diverse, vibrant and fun team. We recruit volunteers from our local community, for our local community and we recognise the important role our volunteers play in enhancing the quality of care provided at the Trust and towards each patientís experience at Whittington Health.
James is the Patient Experience Manager at the Trust. James manages the volunteer service at Whittington Health NHS Trust. In addition to providing strategic and operational management of the volunteer team, he leads on patient experience activity at the Trust, working with clinical teams to support them in collecting patient feedback and making improvements based on the feedback we receive from our patients and service users. James has worked at the Trust since October 2014.
