Cancer Services - Cancer Support - Support Groups - Mindfulness - Introduction
A day to learn about mindfulness meditation and the ways in which it may be beneficial in promoting a sense of calm and in helping you to deal with anxiety and stressful situations. You will learn techniques and exercises which you can then take away and practise at home.
Family and friends welcome too but booking is essential.
