Whittington Health, a merger between community health and hospital, needs to transform and maintain itself as a best in class integrated care organisation in terms of quality, safety and financial performance and to gain Foundation Trust status.
Our immediate task is to help WH to make a rapid transformation by providing a systematic approach to the programme of change. We do this by delivering: planning support, project leadership, facilitation, service improvement and innovation skills. In the longer term we will help WH to sustain the improvements by supporting the operations teams directly and by building capacity through coaching and training.
We support operation staff to make change happen through enabling a systematic approach to delivering project benefits. We do this through managing or facilitating strategic projects, coaching and training, using service improvement methodology and information to inform and monitor change. Our aims are to improve the quality and safety of services provision, patient experience and deliver financial sustainability.
