Our equality objectives are developed in-line with the Trustís overall strategy. Equality and Diversity training is a mandatory training module that must be completed by all our new employees, and is accessible via the e-learning desktop icon, or alternatively using training workbooks or face-to-face on an induction training day).
Further Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training such as Unconscious Bias and Customer Care for a Diverse Client Group is also available.
