Room Bookings and Hire Fees

The Whittington Education Centre offers a range of meeting and conferencing facilities and services. Our education centre boasts 13 seminar rooms, all of which are equipped with the following serviced audio-visual equipment.

  • Integrated Sound

Conferences and Events Pricing Policy

External Bookings
There is a charge to all external organisations to hire the Whittington Education Centre rooms/ facilities.
(The hire charges are above)

Set Up Fee
There is a £25 set up fee.

Cancellation Policy
The Whittington Hospital must be advised in writing/by phone of any cancellation of a booking by the organiser/client.
The cancellation charges for room bookings are as follows: External bookings only

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged for the full room hire charge.

• Cancellation made within 7 days’ notice prior to the event will be charged 50% of the room hire charge.

• Cancellations made with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the event will not be charged.

Other Information
• All hire charges are inclusive of VAT
